The first Beacon Boats Gathering was held last weekend, 7th September 2013, and has been deemed a great success.
Whilst only 4 boats could make it in the end, Triskaideka, Serenity, Windsong & QE111, nearly all our past customers, and a couple waiting for their boats, attended without their boats. The afternoon was spent on the water, many looking around the attending boats which the owners were good enough to show off. Then the evening event was held in the Soar Bridge Inn at Barrow-upon-Soar, for a social evening of food, drink, a narrowboat cake, and some Beacon goodies for everyone. Many also visited the workshop to see the current build in progress. We would like to thank all those attending for helping to make the weekend the great success it was!

The Beacon Boats Gatherring is nearly here, with, we hope, 5 boats attending. Nearly all our previous customers are coming, though many have found it too far to come by boat this year. However, we look forward to welcoming Serenity, Windsong, Triskaideka, QE3, and Off the Rails, as well as many other customers, for an evening get together
