Quality Assurance
All aspects of the boats come with certificates of conformity to the Recreational Craft Directive. To ensure an objective CE mark for each boat before handover to the new owner, we use an external RCD examiner. We are members of the British Marine Federation and Canal Boatbuilders Association.
Hull & Lining Out
Our standard specification uses a high quality steel hull by XR&D (10:6:4), with a 5ft bow-well, scroll-work,stable doors to bow, finger-grip rail, traditional uplift to stern, side doors, recessed panels and a choice of ports and / or windows.
Fire-retardant spray foam insulation is used, and electrical systems are carried in conduit throughout.
All ply and timber is sealed twice, both on the front and back, before being used for lining out.
Our unique skirting system enables all necessary access to pipe work, whilst giving concealment and protection.

We work with you to create the best layout for your needs, giving an individual, practical and attractive living space, with maximum storage capacity / options.

External Design
We believe that your boat should be beautiful on the outside too. Our design service can advise on layout of windows / ports / doors and other external fittings to make best use of the natural light whilst giving you a high level of security.
We offer a wide range of colours, and can help you decide on colour combinations, traditional and contemporary designs. Our hand brushed finishes offer increased weather protection over the more usual sprayed finishes. We can arrange for sign-writing of your choice to be commissioned if required.

Cabinet Making
All our units, whether for the bathroom, galley, saloon, bedroom or engine room are hand made using traditional methods. We use solid wood and high quality hardwood ply's (no MDF). Customers can choose from an extensive range of selected timbers - our standard fit-out is in European oak.
Options
Whilst our standard fit-out meets the majority of requirements, we also offer a range of alternatives and optional extras to create an individually styled and unique environment.
